01

Permissions belong to people

Agents act through a connected identity. Live roles decide which records they can read and which actions they can take.

02

Decisions stay accountable

Consequential actions need confirmation or approval. Exceptions go to the people authorized to decide.

03

Records outlast conversations

Source facts, workflow states and audit history stay in ORYH when an employee changes agents or starts a new conversation.

04

Data boundaries are explicit

Evaluate where business records are stored and what information an agent sends to its model as separate parts of your deployment.

A few things
worth knowing.

What is AI-native ERP?

AI-native ERP lets authorized AI agents operate business processes directly. In ORYH, agents prepare purchases, file expenses and coordinate operations while the system checks permissions, routes approvals and preserves the business records behind each action.

How does AI-native CRM work in ORYH?

ORYH connects customers, contacts, quotations and sales orders as structured records. An authorized agent can prepare a quotation, route a commercial exception and carry accepted terms into an order. Source records, revisions and decisions stay linked.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

You can start with selected records and workflows, and retain specialist products where you need their depth. Agree which system owns each record and which integrations or human handoffs are needed before the pilot.

Can our team use different AI agents?

Yes. Company-approved, compatible clients connect to the same ORYH records and permissions. Client certification is separate from validation of a particular workflow. Check the scenario’s status and test your chosen client, version and process before rollout.

Who approves an agent’s actions?

Your company defines the roles, confirmation requirements and approval routes. ORYH validates the connected identity, current permissions, required fields and allowed workflow state before accepting a write. Decisions remain linked to their source records.

Where does our data go?

The location of your business records and the information sent to an agent’s model are separate choices. Review the ORYH deployment, client configuration, model provider and data access policy together. Changing agents does not move the records already held in ORYH.
